Usage:

Suitable for ages 20 years and over.

Creams are suitable for all skin types. Massage into the skin around the breasts, starting from the base and working upwards in circular formations. Massage the breast for 3-5 minutes until all the cream is absorbed.

Tablets should be taken with a glass of water to avoid choking. The are taken 2-3 times a day; in the morning and at night, or after each meal.
