Usage

Massage into the skin around the breasts, starting from the base and working upwards in circular formations. Massage the breast for 3-5 minutes until all the cream is absorbed.

Tablets should be taken with a glass of water to avoid choking. These are taken 2-3 times a day; in the morning and at night, or after each meal.

Pueraria Mirifica Soap can be used as normal soap. After wetting the soap or body, massage the body with the soap bar to create soap suds. Once coated, wash off with water or a cloth. Can be used for the body and face.
